A free, basic membership will do the job. My VIP status comes and goes. If I submit a new review, I get some VIP time. If I don't submit anything for a while, my status drops back down to basic. Occasionally, while just a basic member, I will submit a problem report to update some profile information like a website address and get a couple VIP days for my effort.
I have no idea how to Change infor in my profile 
I am just Basic member do I need to be VIP member to do it ?
It's located at the top of your profile page. You should be able to correct any inaccurite information with a problem report.

E-mail them at [email protected] Use the e-mail you joined TER with. Tell them what needs changing.
If it's something simple you can use the Report a Problem button which is on your profile page as the previous poster mentioned.
Using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page will work too. If you use the Contact Us link their reply will be in the My Feedback link on the My TER page. If you use the Problem Report button their reply will be under the My Problem Reports link on the My TER page
...attempted to see if I could access the Problem Report page without logging in. I could not - the log-in page popped up. So it would seem only VIP's can report problems.

FWIW, I'd love to encourage providers and hobbyists alike to keep the darn profile info up to date and accurate. We never know if the profile info is current or 10 years old....
