It's always good to bring a bit of extra cash not only for tipping reasons (remember the lady you are seeing is splitting fee with the agency) but also in case you may want to extend the date. The agency will tell you exactly what to bring (picture ID etc.). Regarding the review, is always good to ask the lady if she would like one, also, please read all her reviews and menu to make sure that you have realistic expectations on her. I wouldn't bring flowers, it's a nice gesture but it attracts a lot of unnecessary attention specially at hotels. If you would like to bring an
Alcoholic beverage, you can ask the agency if she would be ok with that and her preference, it's always a nice touch even a box of chocolates..:) have fun!

1. do i need to bring just enough cash (agreed rate)?
2. bring Driver License or just a company photo ID will do?
3. after the date, would you tell her if it's ok to post a review in TER

1. Yes, if you feel like you should bring a tip or simply some flowers she will think of you as thoughtful. Always a good idea to put a little extra in whether your a client or provider :)

2. dont know agency rules. if it specifically asks for DL then bring that, but company photo ID should do.

3. you should ask her :) some clients just do it but asking is always polite.

...take the cash required for the donation. Many mongers leave all their things (wallet, watch, etc.) locked in the car and only take the exact donation. If an ID is required take what they requested. You can cover all but your photo and name. They just need to see you're the person you claimed to be.

I  don't usually ask about a review. I just write one. If she were to bring it up and didn't want one I'd honor that request unless there had been a problem of some kind that needed to be told.

keep this simple - this is what I do:

1) exact amount

2) no ID usually (though sometimes I have it with me if I didn't arrive by car).  Note, I only see P411 ladies who don't do additional screening.

3) Review is up to you.  No need to ask, though if a lady goes out of her way to request that I don't leave a review, I will respect that (of course, if she was so bad that I felt the need to let others know, I'd leave one anyway, but fortunately this hasn't happened to me yet).

I say there is no obligation... Agency girls do not have to pay for advertising, create advertising, screen and deal with clients (except BCD) that is the trade off for the split... Independents have to do much more work but they have control of the process and selection and pocket all the money... Do what you want, of course. Just one side of the argument.

Dude, have fun!

I would suggest bring the cash you need plus you few extra 20s.

That way if you feel you want to tip after(totally up to you) you can.

bring your drivers license and company ID.

As a courtesy you can ask her if she is okay with you posting a review.  but you can also post one after regardless (you don't need her permission) but it's nice to ask her as she may not want any reviews.
