How does a provider change her phone number in the General Information section?
1) If the provider is a TER member her using "contact us" should be sufficient.
2) If the provider is not a member or a hobbyist is the one notifying TER, then, in my experience, a link to an ad with the new phone number is required for TER to make the change.
