Most AMPS do give a half decent (sometime very decent) massage, but depending on how much time you bought, it will be pretty short.  For example, if you get a real ten minutes of massage for a 30 minute session, you're doing pretty well.

I like massage so I often ask for the full hour.  It's usually only about $40 more.  I might get a full 30 minutes of massage in that case.

Some places do toss in the HE for no extra costs, but that is not the norm.

So I have been searching different escort services, and many of these agencies claimed to be massage providers.  Of course they offer one called "happy ending massage".  

So I am just wondering is the name "massage" just a disguise for the real service or do they actually do massage on clients? For example, if I purchased a regular Thai massage, the actual sex won't be included right? But if I purchased the "happy ending" one, the sex would be a part of it?

... to see just what she considers a "massage".  Some providers give exceptional massages--they can be CMTs or even LMTs, highly trained and experienced in massage.  And they can be great with the "plus" part of the massage, too.  One thing to look for (need VIP for this) is to see whether her Massage is rated "Awesome" or not.  No guarantee there, but in my experience the providers who had "Awesome" massage on their profiles did give me a very good to excellent massage... when I wanted a massage.  So many possibilities, so little time!  ;)

I've never received a great massage at an AMP, along with a "happy ending".  The AMPs where I got a great massage were massage-only.  "YMMV."

Some with hands only, and maybe arms, and others where she uses her whole body to rub around your, usually with some kind of oil to make sliding easy.  Some are sensual, some are therapeutic, again it depends on the provider.  Like has been said, you need to be VIP and read the provider's reviews to get a feel for what she does or will do.
