As xyz pointed out, a provider needs a web presense to be reviewed. However there are ladies who work as streetwalkers and also run ads on sites such as BP, and there are reviews here of such ladies. I even know of reviewed escorts with their own websites, who have moonlighted as streetwalkers, so technically there are SW reviews on TER.
AS for just discussion boards, of course they can be discussed on the regional discussion boards, but as I said above, most folks who bring up a question about SWs on TER kind of get blasted as being crazy.
