I get that one sets an upper and lower bound but it seems to return a result if any of the providers listed rates match... Am I doing it wrong? Is there any way to set the search for say $400 for 1 hour?

more specific in who you are looking for. Set a max amt. and see what that turns up. As far as not PS gals goes, what makes you think she will give you a better session than a gal you could see for 3-400 bucks? Prob won't happen.

The way rates are listed on profiles, many ladies have multiple rates listed, or rates for something other than per hour. The search feature, however, only let's you plug in an amount, and not a time. So, say you search for a minimum of 3000, then all kinds of results will pop up for ladies who may have a 3000 overnight rate or something like that listed, yet their hourly rate is much lower.
