To make it harder to Google the number so you won't find out...

...the same number is being used by several different-named providers who may actually just be the same one.

Why somebody will post a number all garbled like 45six 304one.
What is the purpose of this.
Also why sometimes in EscortphoneSearch and number is linked to 2 of 3 girls photos.

If an escort has only one phone and does not want to hassle with such number-changing devices as Google Voice, then by listing her phone in a garbled fashion she will prevent people in her "real" life from googling her number and finding her escort ads.

When I see an ad like that I copy and paste her phone # the way she listed it into a google search line and then type it out with numbers only.  That lets me see where she has escort ads and for how far back and also lets me such sites as TER where phone numbers are listed as "regular" numbers.

...in ads quickly go in the other direction. These things are very often done to deceive and could be out right scams.

Search for well reviewed providers here on your TER regional ad board.

I believe this is done so web crawlers (tools search engines like google and yahoo use to index websites) don't pick it up. This can allow telemarketers to flood the number with calls.

That, and some ladies are still under the old system (or being taught by someone who still believes) that typing out your number will result in the ad being taken down. Back in the CL days, you had to spell out your phone number or mess it up with the #,*, etc, to keep from them taking your ad down....some are still under the impression that BP does the same thing.
