Looking for advice from those who have taken apartment/condo incalls. How safe are these in terms of LE?
After doing some research it seems like the general consensus is that they don't have the time or resources to do this. However the city this is in has plenty of both.
Second thing, she mentioned money and time in our communication but didn't speak of any lewd acts. If I show up and LE is there will I get arrested?

The main thing is to see someone with lots of good reviews written by hobbyists who themselves have written several reviews.
Her mentioning money is not a good thing however, and if this is worrying you I would pass on her.

This threw me off since I assume if you're inviting someone over you'd want to know exactly how trustworthy they are.
By "static" I mean the gal uses the same place for incall over and over. Common sense dictates there is more risk in that scenario than seeing the girl at a decent, random hotel or outcall.
I wish girls would screen more transparently, if no other reason than to put a guys mind at ease. The whole "we have secret ways to screen you" is ridiculous, imo.
So the bottom line is how do you feel about all this? If you are uncomfortable, don't do it. Stick with the safer routes already mentioned to give yourself more peace of mind.

In L.A., 2 K-Girls share an apt., each seeing 4-5 guys a day, sometimes more. The only ones who notice are the next guys going to the apt. passing the guy who just left with a bottle of water in his hand and a shit-eating grin on his face.
I tend to give advice here on the conservative side re: LE, as many ask on this board how they can reduce there odds of getting busted.
A static incall def raises the prospect of more "eyes" on that location, which in turn raises risk, or can increase the risk.
The odds are always very small of a bust as you well know in either case, but sometimes doing things even a little bit safer, can put a hobbyists mind at ease.
If his mind is more at peace with this biz, it is my contention he will enjoy it more.

I have to agree with BP that 90% of my "dates" as well are out of an apartment setting, and quite frankly on a "first date" I feel much more comfortable in visiting an apartment where the provider has more of an investment, than I do in a hotel incall, where LE can set up shop and then fold it up the very next day with limited expenditure of resources.
LE usually has only so much money to "fight prostitution" and as such they always try to get the most for their money. Renting an apartment takes a lot more resources than renting a hotel room. You do the math.
For the record, the overwhelming majority of busts, for the johns at least, come from organized stings by LE. The chances of LE kicking the door down of a "static incall" are so low as to be almost statistically irrelevant, so if the goal is for the "guy" to stay safe, static incalls are much, much safer for the guys. Outcalls of course are even safer, but we can save that discussion for another thread.
I was coming from the standpoint of a gal hooking from her "home" i.e. her apt.
And no, I never have any worries about LE kicking any doors down either. My fear is that they bust the girl early in the day and bust every john that's shows up that day i.e. they "turn" the girl to get the big bust.
Just for me personally, I would prefer to see a gal that mixes up her hotels (assumption that they are mid to upscale and off LE's radar) when she offers incall rather than seeing a girl hooking everyday from same location i.e. her apt (home)
actually make the girl show up on LE / hotel management radar too.
LE are getting smarter.
Not that I don't prefer a girl who mixes hotels though, it's probably safer than staying at the same place too long but she needs to make sure she is hosting incalls far away from her home address.
the lack of screening is a cause for concern. It's possible that this provider is new to the business and doesn't know how to properly screen.
since you are here asking that question, it seems that you are not 100% comfortable with this setup. If so, the pass on this lady. There are plenty of others out there that will do a more thorough job of screening and keeping communications at the proper level.
apartment/condo incalls are generally safer than hotels, but not always. just make sure you keep your "Spidey sense" up and if the location looks run-down or crime-ridden, pass on it... no need to risk yourself.

Sometimes an agency will set up an apartment for many girls to use, or sometimes a group of indies will get together to rent an apartment for incalls. IMO those places are sure targets for LE since sooner rather than later some nosy neighbor is going to notice the traffic and get curious. On the other hand, I've occasionally visited a girl at her own actual residence apartment. It still could be somewhat conspicuous, but if she's low volume it does not feel that way. I do feel safer going to a random motel, whether she gets the room or I do, it feels more anonymous.
She has quite a few good reviews however they all mention that that they met in a hotel/motel.

In some jurisdictions the penalty for prostitution in a public place is far more severe than if it's done in a private place. A hotel is considered to be a public place; an apt, house or condo is private.
I do recall the SCOTUS a few years back decided that a hotel room is the same as a person's abode in terms of police needed warrants, etc. to do a search.
Would that make at least the room private even if the corridors and lobbies are public?
in an upscale neighborhood, and the date is during the day, not a big deal. Not many people around with prying eyes. If the location is less than desirable, I will pass.
The apartments/condos/studios have controlled access. They have fewer "prying eyes", e.g. no hotel staffs who may be on the lookout for illegal activity. They have less traffic overall than a hotel. There's no issue with keycards needed for elevator access. They are usually more comfortable, with more amenities, than a hotel (unless it's a luxury hotel). There's no Housekeeping personnel knocking on the door at inconvenient times. They have washers/dryers to help keep the linens, towels etc. always fresh and clean.
I've only seen two providers in a hotel room--once at the provider's incall, and once an outcall to my hotel on an extended date. Both times I felt much more nervous about "prying eyes" etc. than when going to apartments/condos/studios.
How much discretion the provider uses can matter quite a bit in an incall situation. Everything from how they direct you to come in to where and how they meet you to how discrete they are once inside. HINT--this is helpful info to put in reviews! Been a bit concerned a number of times, but only had one spooky situation.
