1. Look in the self help center, there is a section on ad posting guidelines, it will help you with the banners. 2. You have to post your pics on a site like 'imagecoast' so each pic will have it's own url. There are other sites, but that one seems to be the most popular. Swim

If you've opened a topic or been scrolling around, there is no life preserver to be found.
Try clicking the "Back to Forum" button (on the bottom right) and you get back to the main page with the life preserver at the top right:
