that she only allows for 1 shot? If not, you definitely got ripped off. Generally, hourly rate means your session lasts by the hour and most ladies allow multiple shots. When I pick a lady, I don't go for the ones that only allow 1 shot

Here's the thing, someone, anyone, needs to have some experience for things to go well. You're new so your only solid option is a well-reviewed, experienced provider.
I have seen some providers who after I come, it is over and she starts getting dressed. I rarely see these ladies again.
The better providers will either offer you a second pop or will stay and talk for the remaining time.
One time and out the door is often the case with lower priced and higher volume providers. You will usually get your full time with a good GFE provider but it may cost you a little more.
1 hour means 1 hour, regardless of how many pops you can manage. Agree with previous posters, younger providers with few or no reviews and are high volume will often do that to their clients.
