This is what providers will want to know if they want to use TER information as part of their screening process. You do actually have a TER number that will be on the top of your reviews when you submit them and TER approves and posts them. You won't need it for anything. If you are a guy, your ID, when asked for it, is just your username / handle: d4k1i6. (There is another TER ID number, like a serial number, but that's for their internal database use. No one will ask for that.)
If you are a girl, you PROFILE ID doesn't exist until you get your first review posted. Your handle is still your handle, but your Profile ID doesn't exist yet
