It's totally your call my young friend but I would wait for a girlfriend. You'll enjoy it more. I know it feels as if you are going crazy but you are not. You are normal. And you won't die if you aren't laid before you are 21. (and don't believe what you see in the movies or in the media--there are a gazillion of 19-year old virgins in the world. You are not alone. )

If eventually you come to the conclusion it's taking too long, I would suggest you save your money and avoid the Backpage like the plague that it is--find a TER well reviewed upscale provider who doesn't use Backpage. I agree with the above poster who said the one you have your eye on is likely legit but I still just don't trust anything I see on Backpage. (Go ask a poor sap whose name is now on exposedjohns.com what he thinks of Backpage.) And get a hotel at a nice, decent hotel and hire an upscale provider who does outcall. Your first time should not be in a seedy motel with a "Hurry-up, let's get this over with" provider who wants you gone asap.
