I contacted TER with this request and they wrote back they have no plans to implement anything like this. I really do not understand a business that does not take care of their web site (which is critical to how they make their money.) Its literally about 1 hour of work for a programmer to do it. I could do it in 30 minutes.
Oh well. I guess it leaves the door open for a competitor to launch a site that does a better job.-- Modified on 2/7/2016 7:34:58 AM
Please add the ability to search reviews by a keyword. The provider profiles often reflect the first person's experience and their services may change over time. Or perhaps a reviewer mentioned something like "wear's glasses" and later you want to go back and find that provider but can't remember her name.
If we could search the reviews by a keyword the reviews would be a lot more useful in helping us find the provider we would like to see.
Its only about an hour of work for a competent programmer to make the addition and it would be a huge benefit for people using the site.

They told me the same thing. Every site with query options should have a Keyword search (duh!)
I've been suggesting this for years and it continually gets ignored... WHY???
I pay good money every month to access this site!
All of the other review boards offer this simple option. All of them!! We all need to send a message by abandoning this site and moving to other boards that are more logically designed and allow keyword searches.
