If you can't receive PMs, that's probably why it was removed. I've gotten fake reviews a couple of times. When I reported them to TER, I was instructed to PM the reviewer asking him to jog my memory as to who he was (or when/where he saw me...whatever the case may be). When no response was received within 72 hours, I contacted TER again and the review was removed.

the fact that it was your first review is some consideration.  If I were TER management, I would also take into consideration of a member has been a paying VIP (though it seems to me that they have not in the past).

As a VIP, even before reading a new review I look at the reviewer's history of reviews.  If I see very few and that there are usually two in the same month, I am suspicious that he has been submitting phony reviews to get free VIP time.

As an aside:  In my opinion, TER now allowing accepting reviews under alias names is a big mistake.  I know of one instance where a provider I trust received a phony and damaging review under a guy's alias name.  Both she and I wrote TER but the review remains.

Thus, my suggestion to guys:  If you see poor review submitted by an alias, ignore it, or at least ask the provider about it.

I usually send my review to the provider before I post it.. Not once has a provider asked me to be more favorable (but I have yet to see a provider and have a poor experience).. but one, for example, asked me to be sure I said that we put on a cover.. as she did not want anyone thinking she allowed BBFS (good point)..another asked me to remove a reference to her squirting.. as she said everyone would expect that to happen... and so on.. It's simply a courtesy
