I just want to thank everyone for the wonderful comments about the website and the event coordination thus far. My co-hosts and I have tried to identify how to make the process for registration clear, user friendly, and informative for everyone that has an interest in attending.

As a provider that has attended meet & greets, I know that most providers would like hobbyists to know that they are coming. They hope that by being on an attendee list, hobbyists will know to contact them prior to the event to schedule time with them during their Vegas trip.  With this in mind, we wanted it to be very easy for hobbyists to initiate contact, thus came the links to TER profiles on the companion attendee list on the website.

We also felt that the screening/registration process would be best streamlined via the website rather than email.  There is still plenty of time before the party and we welcome ideas from both the provider and hobbyist communities for additional features that would be helpful on the website.
