I've had the same problem.  It's been about 3 weeks for me too.  Is there a number to call them?

how do you get ter to change something they added to my reviews that is wrong? for three weeks i have been telling them they put the wrong price on my outcalls. they just write me back and say we will fix the promble. i ask WHEN?

Unfortunate, bogged down with with new server changes and program..Us TER folks got our asses in an uproar with the new changes.. I can only imagine the amount of mail they are getting..

They also seem to lack the ability to update a profile or otherwise get a profile changed.  Gawd help you if you need to edit your review for misspelling, grammer or whatever.  Lots and lots of instances where donation requirements have changed but can't do a thing about it.  A client shows up with the indicated requirement but is told "that's the old donation".

It's usually best if the provider submits a problem report on her own profile to let support know the changes needed to update her profile.  

Be clear, polite, and patient is my best advice.  :-)

Submit a problem report and keep submitting it as often as the system allows.  Keep it simple and clear what you want changed, and I advocate not requesting more than one or two changes per problem report.  

It may take more than than one problem report submission for them to fix exactly what you want, but they will get to the problem report within the 3 day window and usually make a change.

Also, each time you submit and something is changed, you get a couple days free VIP on TER, which is always nice.

Hang in there, it'll get done.  I went through the same thing with Eden's profile for a couple weeks and now she's set.
