That is absolutely hilarious! And there's a whole lot of truth in it about men and women. (eom)regular_smile

END OF MESSAGE

It's a he said/she said kind of thing.  The guy is quiet and seems a little depressed.  The woman runs a long, long mental thread about what the guy might be thinking and she screws him to make him feel better.  The guy turns out to have about 3 thoughts, the last two are "Packers lost. Got laid though."

Anybody have the full text?  I couldn't find it in the jokes section.

HER SIDE OF THE STORY:

He was in an odd mood when I got to the bar, I thought it might have been because I was a bit late but he didn't say anything much about it. The conversation was quite slow going so I thought we should go off somewhere more intimate so we could talk more privately. We went to this restaurant and he was STILL acting a bit funny.

I tried to cheer him up and started to wonder whether it was me or something else. I asked him, and he said no. But I wasn't really sure.  So anyway, in the cab on the way back to his house, I said that I love him and he just put his arm around me.

I didn't know what the hell that meant because you know he doesn't say it back or anything. We finally got back to his place and I was wondering if he was going to dump me! So I tried to ask him about it but he just switched on the TV. Reluctantly, I said I was going to go to sleep. Then after about 10 minutes, he joined me and we had sex.

But, he still seemed really distracted, so afterwards I just wanted to leave but I just cried myself to sleep. I dunno, I just don't know what he thinks anymore. I mean, do you think he's met someone else???

even if the roles are reversed. Its funny how the mind can work (overtime) against you.

IT'S ALL IN YOUR PERSPECTIVE

HER DIARY:

Saturday night, I thought he was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a bar to have a drink. I was shopping with my friends all day long, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late, but he made no comment. Conversation wasn't flowing so I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk. He agreed but he kept quiet and absent.

I asked him what was wrong he said nothing. I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset. He said it had nothing to do with me and not to worry. On the way home I told him that I loved him, he simply smiled and kept driving. I can't explain his behavior; I don't know why he didn't say I love you, too.

When we got home I felt as if I had lost him, as if he wanted nothing to do with me anymore. He just sat there and watched T.V. He seemed distant and absent.

Finally I decided to go to bed. About 10 minutes later he came to bed and to my surprise he responded to my caress and we made love, but I still felt that he was distracted and his thoughts were somewhere else. I decided that I could not take it anymore and to confront him with the situation, but he had fallen asleep.
I started crying and cried until I too fell asleep.

I don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with someone else. My life is a disaster.

Today the Lakers lost. But at least I got laid.
