I'm not really sure what to tell you.  I do agree with you in your declining to carry through with the date, you were misled IMO.  Hopefully, that agency will not pursue any outing of you, if they want to keep their reputation.  It would not do them any good by outing you, as word would get around about their behavior, and that would not be good for their business.  I think your best path to follow is to just move on and let the matter drop.  Stuff like this (using fake pics) happens all the time, but you probably should done the pic research before setting up the date.  That way, you could have avoided what happened.

Anyway, move on and good luck.

This board and the posters have been a great resource for me as I try to navigate this exciting but sometimes frustrating Hobby.  I have a question about reporting false representations of a models photos.  I found a provider in my home area who was everything I thought I was looking for.  There were reviews about her on this board but they really didn't answer my questions.  I contacted the agency before doing further research.  After I provided my personal information to the Agency, as I do not have references, I decided to scan her pictures.  It turns out that the woman in the pics is a fashion model from South America.  When the agency called to confirm I told them what I discovered and that I wasn't going forward with the date.  I was chastised and told the pictures were accurate and then I was abruptly hung up on when I said I was not going forward.  Against that backdrop I wanted to ask about possible ramifications of reporting false advertisements.  The way i see it, I owe it to the members of this Site to share what I learned.  My Dilemma is that the agency has my personal information.  Has anyone ever had an experience where an agency "outed" them for lack of a better word for advising that they were providing inaccurate model pictures?

They can blow all the smoke they want but they have as much to lose as you when it comes to outing. Running an agency carries huge penalties if they get caught.

the model is also a provider using the services of the agency to meet clients?
