There is also a third category called "pending".

If it's been less than three days, then give it some time and see what happens.  If it was rejected, then you can find out why by going to your account manager and clicking "my reviews".  That should give a reason.

A pending review if usually for someone who is a first time reviewer, or a gal who has not yet gotten a review, or both.  TER likes to see subsequent reviews in order to be sure that someone isn't gaming the system with phony reviews.

If you don't see some answer, then contacting TER Administration and asking what the problem is is always possible.

I follow the instructions to the letter and the review is unapproved. What is the secret to getting an honest review of a provider posted?

...and you will probably see a reason it was not approved.  Edit and resubmit.

If you followed the rules to the T, it should be approved, so it's obvious you didn't follow the rules. It could be one very minor thing holding it up. They usually tell you why it was unapproved. Did you check if they gave a reason? If not, use the "contact us" button and ask them. You may have to do some small change and resubmit.

TER doesn't automatically approve of the review. TER hires people to read each review so it is really up to the person at TER reading your review.

It depends on where you are too. I travel a lot and what I have found out is the my Atlanta reviews get approve without too much trouble. However when I travel for work to NY and LA I do have some issues with getting my reviews approved.

Since you have one review TER is going to be stringent on your reviews until you have a couple more. TER does this to combat fake reviews.

Here is what I have found out.

The general details can be as short as one sentence.

The juicy details have to be at least 6 lines long. It must include specific details of the session. The longer and more detail this section is the better your chances are to getting your review approve.
