If there's a provider in a city too far from you for you to see, but who tours from time to time, is it permissible to ask on a regional forum if any guys in a particular city would be interested in seeing her if she toured there? The idea would be to give her a rough idea of how much interest she could generate, and hopefully persuade her to tour the city. Or would this constitute pandering or soliciting?
The responses you get will tell you if it was a good idea. Like any other post, expect some agreement and some wiseass comments.
Don't make your question look like a shill or an ad for her or it will be removed. Have you tried asking her if she has thought of touring your area, she may have already done her own gauging of interest.

..I would suggest contacting the lady directly, and ask if she plans to visit your area in the near future. If you are willing to reserve multiple hours, she might be willing to schedule a tour around your date.
I never know where my next adventure might take me, so I keep a list of interested gentlemen should I travel to that area. The gentleman who reserves the initial date is entertained first, and then I stay over an extra day to entertain.
Keep in mind, that many gentlemen might say "yes, I would definitely see her", but many times there will be conflicts of schedules, etc, and she might end up with very few dates.

Thanks, Kelley. I understand that not every guy who says he would see a provider actually will when the time comes. If she finds a dozen guys posting that they would see her, maybe she can figure four to six of them would follow through. I don't know what the percentages are.
I'll give it a try.
I think you are more likely to get a response from her by direct contact, as opposed to an open invite on the board.
