Taking a stab at this. From your handle I'm guessing...

...you are a guy looking to see escorts. You don't get reviewed. You review them. They want your references from providers you have seen. Many providers want your TER handle to look at the reviews you've written as a further way to check you out.

Since you're new you won't have references. Do a search on this board to see what to do. Search using the word "screening" or "P411", or "references". Search "Self-Help Center" too. You will find lots of information.

I'm new here and am interested in giving "it" a shot! I noticed all of the high end escorts require you to have been reviewed (and I'm only interested in the high-end).

Seems like I'm in a catch-22? Any advice?

In your title, it seems you are an escort.  However, your handle and your post point to you being a hobbyist, which is what I'm going to assume you are.  As a guy, you don't get reviewed, you get references from girls you have seen.  Until you have them, consider joining one or more of the verification sites, DateCheck, Preferred411, and RoomService2000.  At P411, they have a pretty good rep of working with you to get you verified, and allow the lady members to indicate if they are newbie friendly, which is what you need.

You are right about the catch-22, but we all had to deal with it when starting out.  Just be patient.  Not sure what you mean by high-end providers, but you might want to lower your sights a bit until you get some references.  There are some great providers out there who do not demand top dollar donations.

providers.  All providers have various ways to screen you to be sure you are not LE or possibly some sort of sicko who might try to harm them.  The provider's safety comes before making a buck.  As a newbie, you need to be willing to give up some personal information to help the provider feel safe to see you.

Good luck.
