need sum advice people. sent the bord here 2 private messages in regards to a certain provider. i have not gotten any response back from them. is this standard procedure if it is then will cancel my membership here immediately. any 411 would be greatly appreciated.. thanx
...like an adult, not a high school freshman. Also, you have a very limited history on TER and your PM's may not have been asking appropriate questions.

...sent the private messages to. You say you sent them to the "bord". Who is the "bord"? If you mean you sent communications to the board (not "bord") administrators they take a while to respond. They also couldn't tell you about any particular provider.
If you sent private messages to guys that reviewed the provider there are many reasons they wouldn't or couldn't respond. The other posters said it well. Not everyone is a VIP member so they can't read your PM's and can't respond. You are new and many won't respond because you haven't built any credibility here. You may have asked questions that are inappropriate so they chose not to answer. Any of those could be why they didn't respond.
It is also true that you need to write properly. Don't use text style writing. Use capital letters where appropriate and complete sentences.
