seems like a lot of the girls with reviews past 2 years old are probably out of the business
the provider is in good standing with TER. If the provider cancels her membership or gets delisted, then the reviews are no longer searchable.
But I do know a few gals who are still active but haven't had a review in nearly that long.
Some gals settle into a routine with regulars and don't do a lot of marketing beyond having a website available.
If she has an active website, or an ad on some place like EROS where you have to pay to have it up, then go ahead and contact her.
If the website is down, and no other recent ads, then you're right that she's probably retired.
Provider #1 is still in the database and her last review was in 2005. Provider #3 is still in the database and her last review was 2001. Provider #2 is delisted.
