You can always google too, just make sure to really search the agency to see if it's legit. I think TER will definitely be a good way to start your search though, since you'll have a pretty good amount of info to go off of. I wish I could recommend agencies, but I'm not in NYC. Hopefully, this helps a little.I am very knew to all of this but want to explore this side of myself a bit more. This site seems very geared towards the person searching and not a newbie looking for help to become a provider. I would prefer to speak with an established agency to get my feet wet before doing this Independantly. Since I am new I have no idea which agencies are credible and which are bogus. I am in the NYC area so any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you all

There are several agencies in NY. I only use Belle De Jour. They were really great with me. I would suggest browsing a couple of agencies' site and see if you fit in. Some agencies only work with pro models and porn stars. Other agencies are gear towards a specific race like K-girls. It also depends on how much volume you want in a day. Some agencies want you to see more men per day then others. It also depends on how much you want to make but be careful some agencies take a bigger cut then others.
Strong presence online, you can talk to their management, they offer you training, guidance and support so you never feel that you are on your own. They screen properly so you can feel safe, they communicate with you openly and answer all your questions. Please do your research before you enroll a particular agency, it is always great to work for someone who genuinely cares about you, your well being, your success in the industry and your privacy.
