It just means she has filmed at least one porn scene, so they will claim to be a pornstar.  It also doesn't mean she is a real 'star'.  It's just something she can and may use to get a higher donation from clients.  Ask on your regional board if anyone is OK with filming your visit.  You could also post on the ISO board.  There are many who are film-friendly, but it's not always highly publicized.  If she has a personal website, you might find out if she will allow it.  Many who do will expect an extra donation for it.

Hello, I'm new to this and I was curious what the "pornstar" means on their profile. Does this mean filming is ok?
I'm looking for a provider who's willing to let me film a scene for my personal use. Any suggestions on how to find one?

TER added some new things to the Ladies profile page.
One is  "allow film or picture"
Not all the ladies fill this in - it is fairly new on the profile.
also, some may allow Pics but not film - reading reviews may offer a bit more info on that too
Have fun!
Cheers
