What is the point behind speculating the real identity of someone using an alias?  For better or worse, TER allows the use of them.  I know of no practical way short of hacking into the TER database to prove who is behind any given alias.  So what does this speculation accomplish.  I don't think it's wise to put words into someone's mouth and that is what you are trying to do when you speculate about an alias.  Furthermore, it inevitably seems to distract from the actual topic of the thread.  Isn't that more important than arguing about who actually made a post?
