Each lady does things the way she is comfortable doing her screening. That's her right.
If a certain way a lady choses to screen doesn't work for you (and I totally get not wanting to give certain info ) ,then find another lady who screens the way you are comfortable with.

I personally don't use screening forms ,never used such a form .
Don't see the need , but that's me ;-) I am a leader. I do what works for me.

I also don't need the Gent to be a member on Date Check or other 3rd party site
nor does he need references.
I have my own unique way of screening that is very safe and secure .
I never had a problem , EVER !!! So ......... I must be doing something right ;-) ;-)

All the gent has to do is send me an email ...... and things are taken from there.
Now yes , maybe my way is a bit more time consuming  VS  a screening form to get what I need but really it is just a bit more effort and it works.

So I guess best to find a newbie friendly provider who doesn't require to fill out a screening form.
There are goods one who are out there. ;-) ;-)

I personally offer an option of sending me all required info via email.

As long as I get what i need to screen you, I don't really care HOW you send it

The form makes it easier to get all of the required information in one email. Many guys send a comprehensive enough introduction email that they can by-pass the form. I personally hate screening by employment. Getting you office number is a last resort when there is just no other way to screen you.
My suggestion is that you write a warm introduction letter including as much of the screening information that you feel comfortable with. Often times I am able to verify a gentleman from the information in such a letter and then there is no need to get work information. She will let you know if more detailed information is required.
