It could be psychological too.  I usually hobby on Saturday, and by Sunday my mind is usually still up on some cloud.  But I consider that a kind of a nice place to be.
Amazing. It never occurred to me that gentlemen would have a warm, fuzzy feeling after they return to RL. I find this lovely, albeit, very likely rare.  Fascinating.

The day after I meet with a provider I can barely make it through the day I am so tired.

I'm in pretty good shape, a little overweight, but exercise regularly. I bike ride, lift weights, and do yoga. I can ride 30 miles on my bike (2 hours) every day for a week with no problem but the day after a 'vigorous' 2 hour session with a provider I'm totally spent the next day.

I'm 60 and only been hobbying for a bit so this is all new to me.

Any advice.

They pick me up and never get jitters or the crash

that you get your brains f*cked out so much you can't move the next day! Only thing you need to do is to give great reviews for the wonderful ladies you have seen!

Spoke to my doctor without getting too specific.

He liked the endorphin hangover idea. Recommended some light exercise the in the morning the next day to get the blood flowing and maybe getting the brain chemistry back on track.

Sounded like a good idea.

Now all I have to do is figure out how to arrange my schedule to have mind numbing visit with a great lady!

Riding a stationary bike, I presume.  I used to do the same thing, and could ride for miles and miles, but would still get short of breath when climbing stairs.  Your body gets used to set pace and "flat" ride (don't know if that is your case, but it was mine), especially if you are monitoring your heart rate and trying to keep it steady.  Vary your workout to include a change of pace, or hills, or something to a bit more 'vigorous'.  My guess is you sessions with a provider get your heart pumping more that your bike rides, because it is different.  You don't need to ride for 2 hours at the same steady pace, you need to vary the pace even if you are able to ride only for an hour.  I dropped the bike except on rainy days, and started walking 2.5 miles around a course with varying terrain.  I push myself hard enough to keep my heart rate up and it speeds up on hills, and slows down on flats. It had greatly improved my stamina and recovery time.

at 25..we could go all night..at 60..we need all night to get going..it might take a little longer at our age to recharge the battery..but just having it drained every once in a while keeps the motor humming..

...We do or I do anyway. Can't say how rare it is but it's very likely the rareness exists in them talking about it.

It happens with age, to everyone.  You can get valid T supplements, but be careful of their side effects.   Most just deal with it.

Thanks for the responses.

I like the endorphin hangover theory.

Two hours with a lady is a workout but clearly less than what I do in the gym or on the bike. Low T is not an issue for me. My doctor tests it annually, and he says it's fine. I probably need to watch my nutrition a bit better for recovery and a 5 hour energy would probably help. I also think it is an age thing that I may have to get used to.

I'm not talking about the post coital fatigue, this is the next day.

Any ideas on what do about endorphin hangover?

Do you eat beef alot? Do you take B12 and multi vitamin? Do you juice ? You will feel like a new man
if you invest in a juicer start using it daily at least twice with the best produce you will feel rejcharged rejuiced ;)
