...claimed to be. As for P411 I agree that it's a good resource and would not discourage anyone from using it but recognize please that just as ladies may not accept TER white list or want it and more there are many P411 ladies that won't accept just P411 membership or even one or more ok's and their reasons are the same as those for not accepting TER white list.

My TER white lists work just fine for me as do my references. I recommend the OP use many things to help the ladies feel safe about seeing him. P411, TER, and references.

What BigPapasan says is true it should not be and is not intended to be a tit for tat arrangement. I don't think it doesn't happen but I don't think it's the norm.

The same is true for P411 ok's. They could be traded or tainted. So again the OP or any monger and any provider should use various sources to accommodate screening.

How do you go about getting white listed here? Does this mean I have to post reviews or is this just that a lady gives me an "OK" somewhere? How does this work?

and ask her if she would mind giving you a whitelist referral.  It will make her decision easier if you give her a nice review.  Lots of providers want a review before whitelisting you.

...A provider is not supposed to barter a whitelist for a good review.  That defeats the validity of the review system as well as the purpose of whitelisting.

Also, I don't ask for whitelists; they're given voluntarily and I'm always pleasantly surprised.  I've even been whitelisted by providers I've never met and had to ask them to remove their whitelistings.

Here - look at my whitelists compared to my reviews...

All I said was, 'read my post'.  I was not suggesting a trade, just that if a guy wants a ref, it would be nice to return it in kind.  If guys don't ask for WL refs, many girls will not give them.  In fact, I have asked a provider for one, and she did not give it to me, but she has not given them to anyone.  My point was, if you don't ask, you prob won't get one.

...you said that giving her a nice review would make her decision to whitelist you easier.  In essence, you were saying that a good review is a precondition to receiving a whitelist.  In this post you are saying: "...if a guy wants a ref, it would be nice to return it in kind."  That's a trade, my friend.

In your other post you also said: " Lots of providers want a review before whitelisting you."  That doesn't make it right and that's not how it should be.

but Swim, BP is absolutely correct and his impressive tally of Whitelists should be proof that you don't HAVE to ask to receive one.

and yes I too have been given whitelists from women that I have never had a session with, and yes I have asked TER to remove them as well. I haven't checked lately to see if they are still there, and as you can see, I have ZERO reviews to my name.

Whitelists and reviews should never be a quid pro quo, they should each stand on there own without regard to the other.

Just ask if she would be willing to whitelist you, some will and some wont. Writing reviews will give you a certain amount of credibility as you start out here but you should never expect special treatment because you write a review. It's a small feather in your cap to see you have been whitelisted by someone just because she enjoyed your time together.
