They are from agency so would that mean they are probably legit on picture and been screened already? I am curious because if one waits for enough reviews on a particular gal she might have left by then... Thanks

The problem i see is that it seems here the asian gals stick with agencies.. not too many good indy asians. Is there a way to tell if an agency is good? Maybe by the total reviews of all the girls who worked there or by the number of girls on their website? Any tips on picking agencies would be appreciated. I did screen with a couple of them...so if they get busted my name is out? Will i get arrested or something? I could just deny it right?

Plus just not crazy about being the 7th guy that day but thats more of a generalization. The guys that tell me they do the agency thing say it isn't like it used to be, with girls seeing 8, 9 guys a day, but I am sure that depends on the agency. Post on your local board or pm guys for references of agencies with good reps.
If they get busted, the names of the johns could be made public and have in the past. Arrest is much more unlikely.
As stated before, if your only worry is prosecution, you have less risk since for many here, the mere mention of their name in public could ruin their lives regardless of how successful the prosecution is.

The nice thing about an agency is you're one and done verified and then you get a rotating selection of girls. But as has been pointed out, if the agency is busted it could be quite awkward for you. You also have the risk that agency girls aren't going to be as "into it" as indie girls working to build a business and a reputation. All that said, my current ATF happens to be an agency girl, so it's really kind of a crap shoot.

...There are good agencies and bad agencies. There are good independents and bad independents. Check out who you are dealing with. Are they respected in this community? Are they spoken well of on your TER regional board? Research matters whether it's agency or independent. There is a way to check out agencies here on TER. Click the site reviews tab (top of page) then click reviews by service type, click escort agencies and you'll be taken to a select city drop down. Choose your city and read about the agencies. There may not be a large selection depending on where you are but it is there.
Yes, an agency is a bigger target but the good ones keep it simple and don't draw attention to themselves. Many times an agency that was busted got careless or did other things that drew LE attention. It was these other things that got them busted.
I will use an agency without any qualms about it once I've checked them out. Fortunately in my area there are some real good ones.
