I've had a couple wonderful FBSM experiences and today I took the leap into FS. I decided to start cheap and went with a provider who had pretty good reviews. There were misunderstandings with scheduling, but I finally made it to the incall. Once I was there, the whole process was rather businesslike. I got what I came for, but it wasn't the experience I was looking for. After this session I realized that I'm looking for a complete sensual experience and not just a wet hole. I'm going to have to take some time to think about this hobby. It might turn out that I'm an FBSM kind of guy and not one for FS. I don't know for sure yet. Regardless, next time I hobby I'll do my research save up for a true professional with excellent reviews who enjoys the work and knows how to provide the experience I'm looking for.
For the rest of you newbies out there, think about what you want. Are you just looking for a quick way to get off or are you looking for a completely new experience that you probably wont' find elsewhere (like I am)? It turns out, there's quite a difference. Also, it shouldn't come as a surprise, you get what you pay for. Happy hobbying!I have only six months experience myself and have seen six different providers and all have been "very good" to "way beyond what I expected". I did not go cheap, though (also not high end top-of-market either) and I focused on providers with over 20 reviews that offered GFE. To me, GFE is the key factor. One of the six I have seen eight times and will be seeing again today. She really makes every experience with her special and different.
My lessons learned:
Yes, you do get what you pay for, but there are a wide range of experiences at any particular price point. Research ahead of time, but there is no real way to find the best provider for you without experiencing time with her.
You get what you pay for. You admitted earlier in your post that you decided to start cheap, and that's where I think you went wrong. Not that I think you should have gone top dollar, but you should have done a little more research IMHO. That's what sites like this are for, to check out what's available to ensure you get the best bang for your bucks. You might be a FBSM guy, but give it some time, there are wonderful ladies out there and they won't cost you an arm and a leg, just look around.

and while reviews can help regarding knowing what is on the menu, I think you are looking for chemistry, which is another matter altogether.
I have actually had very sensual experiences with gals who were not that expensive. Sure, they might not have been the youngest or prettiest (Although a few were certainly close to it.) but we hit it off so well that I treasure the times we saw each other. We got pretty deeply involved, so to speak. (I even married one, so be careful what you wish for. 8o)
I don't think there is any magic way to know exactly what you'll end up with. It's the proverbial box of chocolates. Just go out and explore. It's half the fun.
