Texted several times back and forth last night for an appointment today. No response when I texted & called an hour before to confirm, per our plan. Tried numerous times right up till the appointment but no response. (Yes I know she had some terrible reports when she started but was hoping she'd changed her ways based on recent reviews) Waste of time!

you were hoping for someone who has a habit of flaking out might change? that's doubtful.
