you can tell whether the message you sent has been read by the provider or not (+ symbol vs. - symbol).  Hope that helps.

Is your current email address still linked with you p411 account? If you get a message from p411, can you get a notification in a timely manner? I'm asking this since I sent 12 messages on p411 asking ladies' availability. I only got 2 replies. My message sent out was just a regular message, nothing rude or inappropriate or anything.

Thank you ! This is very helpful!

I think yes its linked for everyone. Its linked to mine. If the girl has Gmail it shows up under the promotions tab. It can be dragged into the inbox easily enough though. When an appt request is sent we receive the entire request in an email. If its a pm it only says "you have a pm" and will list only your handle.  She needs to log on to view your message. If its an ok request it comes through in an email with a link. She can give the ok without logging on.  So if you sent pm's you may want to look at the last time they logged on. Some girls check multiple times a day and others log on every few days. 12 without a reply is far too many, something is wrong.  I would contact the site if I were you. Maybe your acct isn't working properly etc?

Thank you!

Since it was the initial discussion on time and location, I thought messages were more appropriate. Since the request seems to carry more information with the email, should I send multiple Requests, instead of messages?

By they way, I got half of them replied, saying not available, on vacation. I hope P411 has a search option that clients can set the desired time period of the meeting; and the providers can cross out their unavailable days. Then only providers who are available show up in the list. This will make the searching significantly more efficient.

Almost everyone sends me a request form. If you have a couple different days or times in mind, they write it on the bottom.  That way the girl knows its a definite request vs a pm. Its not uncommon to get pm's just saying "hi like your pics" or " if you ever find yourself in ny" etc. Just nice comments I guess.  The request carries a little more weight initially.  I am not implying they won't check pm's, they will but the way the system is set up a request is right there when the email is opened. Pm's are usually for all the follow up. My system: email comes in, look at request,  screen from request, send a pm saying yes or no.  If there are a couple different days listed in request I say hello Todd yes I would love to get together, I could do xyz but abc I am previously committed.  If a pm comes in I try to log on but sometimes we can't depending on location.  The request I can send you an email back immediately without logging on.  You get the point,  I hope! Lol. Hope I am explaining ok. So yes if I were you I would send requests.  Its ok to say your schedule is varied etc.

I agree that your idea for eliminating the profiles of girls on vacation for given time span you are seeking would be great! The calendar stuff is new to the site.  I myself haven't looked into it. Maybe another girl will comment on that part.  That is if she can make it through my long post! Sorry!

Thanks! Your explanation is crystal clear.

One more question, since I don't know if any of the candidate ladies is going to be available, I send request to everyone. But if I get lets say 5 of them replied with yes, I have say "sorry" to 4 of them. I feel kind of uncomfortable with that since if I were them, I would feel disappointed.
