Seen this a few times but when looking at a providers page some of the reviews have email symbols beside them so you can pm the user and some don't.  I always assumed it meant they weren't VIP, but recently I began to wonder if it meant they'd closed their accounts, of course I could be totally wrong and it means some third thing .  I can't seem to find a definite answer anywhere and it makes a little difference in this particular instance so I thought I'd just ask.
