No need to stereotype...

and if you do, you'd be wrong. Tattoos are simply a growing part of people's self-expression, no matter their occupation.

It's just a matter of statistics. From 2003 to 2012, the number of adults with tattoos rose from 16-21%. I'm guessing the trend has continued, and the number may be nearer to 25% today.

So, 1 in 4 people will have a tattoo (or more than 1).

While only about 5% of people over 65 have a tattoo, about 30-40% of people 25-40 have tattoos.

About 23% of women and about 19% of men have tattoos.

So, if the escort world is primarily populated by women aged 25-40 you will see many with tattoos. In fact, probably about the same as you would find if you were dating civvie women in that age range

This doesn't only apply to escorts, it applies to people.
I don't smoke, but I do have tattoos. Why? Because it's my life..

Sorry Dad.. Didn't expect to see you here.

Are you speaking for the op? Or are you the op?

In case you weren't sure, I wasn't seriously thinking the op, you, whatever ...was my dad.
I didn't make any appointments for tattoo removal.
I didn't buy any cigarettes.
I didn't lose any sleep.

It was a narrow minded question so it got an answer that it deserved

if you really aren't offended.

Good for you.

Anyway thanks for clearing up your "not" hurt feelings.

its "ok" for a guy to ask a question, but its not ok for a lady to answer in such a manner..

boo.

the examples/scenarios of a client and your response.LOL!

THAT was funny!

That's just one of those songs that you can't get out of your head!!!
lol lol

Personally I'm tat-free but only because i'm a pussy about the thought of needles/pins pricking my skin. And I don't smoke ANYTHING just because i'd rather not pollute them with more than the air I already have to breathe but to each their own. I'm not seeing what you are though when you say 'so many'.

no doubt many follow the herd.

As far as escorts go, only 2 did NOT have tattoos and only 1 smoked.

Maybe you are viewing certain ad malls where this is more prevalent. Smoking is disgusting, I wouldn't condemn anyone for it, breathing the air in MD is probably just as toxic as smoking.

Tattoos, I'm not a big fan of them I like the ones I find taste full. Many of the gals on certain ad malls have some down right distaste full. I'm curious as to why those providers on those malls use the fact they have tattoos as a marketing technique? If I was that enthralled with tattoos I'd get one.

I don't see what the big deal is anyway. If a reviewer does not like a girl smoking or have tattoos then move on to someone who doesn't.

yeah and JOHNS embellish their life story to impress escorts...

coming from someone who has had tattoos half of her life it gets annoying when people continue to label and assume and stereotype. there isn't always some underlying issue behind why people make the choices that they make in life...

if the op was looking for a serious answer, why only pick two things and label them together when people who smoke and people who get tattoos are just as hand in hand with someone who eats apples and someone who wears tennis shoes.

personally, i quit smoking (cigarettes) many years ago. i got my first tattoo when i was in my mid 40's. and i love it!
i love wearing art, i want more, but with more distinction and less distraction.
wearing art on your body requires a lot of confidence in the artist... its not like you can give it to salvation army or goodwill for a tax right off if you don't like it.

if smoking and tattoos don't float your boat, then use the bazillion search engines that we all have at our fingertips.
if you aren't getting the results you want, then perhaps lower your standards or broaden your horizon

Smoking is usually a de-stressing activity.

I could say the same for getting tattoos!
Looking at art gives us a chance to stop and just see.
Having art on ourselves can be a gift from ourselves to ourselves.
