Yes, working girls do hang out at the Hard Rock. I was approached by a girl there once, and I was just passing through! (It happened inside the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino, I've never been inside the Hard Rock Cafe, which is a separate building at the edge of the parking lot of the hotel.)
However, I'll give you the standard warning about meeting girls this way. Most likely you'll spend more money, but less time, than you would with a reputable independent. Also, the threat of a cash and dash rip-off is always there.

as a former Bostonian , and HUGE Red Sox fan..here's my " 2 cents".. the bars to check out are .. the Rio + Mandalay Bay after midnite..but...it's - hit or miss - some nites better than others , and it's a "negotiation" and you won't know how good the session will be until afterwards... my advice would be to make a date with 1 of the Las Vegas ' regulars... i was in Las Vegas 10 days ago and sepnt an evening with my ATF asian porn star Rosy Rocket... she's been reviewd quite a few times on this board and she's excellent
