Section #3 seems unnecessarily open; copied it here for reference:
   3. I agree to report suspected exploitation of minors and/or human trafficking, including anything which constitutes, assists with or references child pornography or human trafficking, to the appropriate authorities.

On the surface yeah, but the grammar rules can reduce it down to:
I agree to report... anything which ...references ... human trafficking.
That means even this post would now have to be reported since it makes such a reference.  I don't think that was the intent, but by crafting the wording in such a manner, anyone who views this post and does not report it has violated the terms of service.

I don't know how to reword it better - that's a role for attorneys.  Or am I the only one who sees the sentence structure as shown above?

"human trafficking" in quotes... like that. In that case, we'd spend all of our time reporting web pages that include the words "human trafficking".

In other words, they want us to report suspected ACTS, not words.

So, no need to report my post... or yours.  ;)

It is almost identical to the oath that Batman administered to me when I joined the Justice League.
