I'd say there are higher priority fixes and changes for TER to make, but the guy's Q seems legit. (Not me, but) Delayed flight, late arrival, no cash, blue balls, desperate for a late hookup ... Rather than try 20 names, search and limit by "accepts CC" or "accepts left over airline snacks."
In the future, when the US Treasury and Homeland Security have eliminated everything but the $1, $5 and $10 bill and basic rates start at $1200, we'll need some other payment method anyway or "Leave the gift in an unmarked suitcase in the bathtub.
