Why not allow a feature on the board for ladies to respond to a poor review?

I just received a crap review, the reviewer is a low grader as it is, and I was portrayed to be not orderly with my time. Reviews give the reviewer their version, but why not allow a review response from the provider underneath, just like yelp does? It would allow the lady to explain or tell her version of the story or at least respond.

For me, hotel fees were 300 dollars for a crappy 3 star and hotels were sold out in the right location when I saw this reviewer (I did not purchase a hotel earlier because so many appointments cancel and flake. I do not want to end up with wasting money if I cancel a trip). Also, I informed the reviewer my method of transportation I purchased was 2 hours late (not my fault as I sat waiting to leave) so I was very behind and rushing when I finally got there. I guess apologies are not accepted in this business.

But anyways, will a feature like this ever be available instead of giving the reviewer the whole say in the appointment?

and obviously I haven't even read it or know who you really are since you've posted under an alias.

As a betting man though, I am willing to bet you deserve every harsh word he wrote about you.

According to your own "explanation" you were at least two hours late and then gave the guy a rushed session because  of your failure to plan ahead, so just what kind of glowing review did you expect?

+1..

several hundred dollars an hour for their services.  I have no interest in reading rebuttals of bad reviews. Most of the guys who use TER learn to evaluate the reviews as well the reviewers. Also you explanation is exactly why I don't want to hear providers excuses. An occasional bad review is the risk that you take in this game, so don't come whining to us. Also, like the others who responded, based on your own explanation, you probably deserved what you got.
