There are many great agencies in Toronto...unlike LV. Laws are a little saner in Canada.  I am not a local..just lurking the board because I am planning a return trip to Toronto...this time an extended stay as I find it to be one of my ATF cities...esp. when it comes to the "hobby"  My favorite agency was Hollywood,,,Posted a review on Arrabella last Dec.  The stated price on most the agency boards are all inclusive.  Have fun...I am sure a local or two will be more soecific and helpful.
