Seriously, given the fact that the first reviewer sets the profile, this is not a great idea IMHOI'd like to see language categories on provider's profiles. One for how well she speaks English, like fluent, some, very little. And then a category for whether or not she speaks another language, and what language. This would be helpful when searching Latinas, to know whether they speak Spanish or not.

TER will need to make it clear that language is being used in the literal sense since so many of the menu items we partake of tend to use language names for their descriptions (French, Greek, Russian, etc.) and confusion over that could be rather upsetting and/or embarrassing
Simply have a yes/no to "English spoken" and then a drop down menu for other languages.
Personally I think it's a great idea. I too see a lot of "chicas" and like you I also see a lot of Asian women, many of whom don't speak English at all, or barely speak the language. A lot of these women, for obvious reasons use a booker, and some guys might be a bit surprised to arrive and find they can't communicate with the lady. I am not one of those guys of course, it doesn't bother me a bit if the woman doesn't speak English, there are a thousand other ways to communicate, many of them a lot more fun than talking.
Today it's simply "BBBJ." Some of those golden oldies are just moldy today.
