Looking across my great State of Ohio there seems to be Fantastic providers but they are in Columbus and Cinci.  Never noticing them visiting Cleveland?  There is not a provider in Cleveland with an overall rating above a 9.  Cleveland is great;)  Cavs, Casino, Great dining.  To some of Ohios Elite Courteseans - come visit!;)

Allene Diamond and Chase Cameron are two ladies that come to mind with impeccable reputations.  I have not had the pleasure of visiting with either lady, but I think based on their reviews they can be placed in the company of ladies that you had mentioned.  They just are a bit more reserved in their ads and their board participation.

Tobi was just here about a month ago.  Funny because I was in Cinci while she was here.  Some things are not meant to be.

Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland are all great to me, so I, in turn, try to be great to those cities. I am visiting again next week and will be in Cleveland Dec 11-13.

Again, I'm not local to Ohio, but I am loyal!

Just have to check the ads from time to time. I do agree about the scarcity of 9's in Northeast Ohio. Take a trip out to Vegas if you want a wide selection of 9's to choose from. That's what I'm doing for New Years.

I mean, don't get me wrong; numbers help filter out those that are truly not good at providing, but you might want to take those who live in the 7.5-8.5 range a look as well.  ;)

I'm originally from Cleveland, and I visit when I can.  I'm one of those solid 7.5 ladies, but my reviews speak volumes over my number rating.  

Anyway, keep an open mind, and I'm sure you'll be able to find some other awesome providers who aren't 9+. :)
