I used to take No-Doze, 600 mg (three tablets) at a time.
I had completely cut it out before recently. But I work at a job where time pressure is very stringent-- so during the day, I eat nothing but sugar. It keeps my brain working. At night, I actually have a protein rich meal. The honeybee diet.
Nevertheless, I count calories and watch my blood pressure.

I do have to watch the caffeine and sugar intake, but right now, no, there are no ill effects.
