In fact, there was one provider that I have not seen in 2 years and TER granted me to re-review her. She had taken a LONG break from the "action" and came back. I had to see her... and lo and behold... everything was about the same, not much of a change... which in my case was for the good!I have done so on several occasions especially the the gal has changed her menu.
What you might be confusing is the fact that TER will not give out any free VIP time for a second or subsequent review of the same gal.
Not a bad idea to have the fact that it is a re-review heralded however. I usually mention it myself.
Every now and then I see a girl that I have not seen for years. The experience is about the same as the last time three years ago, but we both have aged some and in many cases the girl is just a bit more mature or experienced. TER does not allow us to review the same girl more than once, but we can do a review update of sorts of something big has happened in terms of better or worse experience.
I know the reason for no multiple reviews by one person of the same girl is to keep a “team” from impacting the averages and abusing the review section. Here is my suggestion: Set a period of time – I would say at least three years, after which a hobbist can post a new review of a girl he has reviewed in the past. That time distance eliminates abuse. But the new review helps the track record of both the hobbist and the provider who might not be getting or posting many reviews because they each do a lot of repeat business. Quality repeat business for the lady says she is dependable and consistent. Quality repeat business by the hobbist says he is trust worthy. If not a complete new review, allow the hobbist to update the review and have it jump to the top again, perhaps with a note on the number of times seen

All previous reviews that the reviewer wrote for that provider are removed when the latest review goes up
