You can attempt to kiss the provider 1st, but depends on the state your playing in.  I was able to start a hj prior to the LE coming in the door, but $ had already been received.  I have heard horror stories of providers doing the whole deed with LE & still getting busted. Learn the laws of the cities you play in & always have a great lawyer on hand it helps!

What is the best way to do a LE check when entering your providers incall area??

Thanks in advance
M

better to see well reviewed girls than try and check LE at the door.  by the time you show up,  it's too late if they are LE.

just make sure the girl takes her verifications seriously

Do your home work, research your ladies before you get there to minimize your risk not after you arrive. If you find yourself in the room with LE you are going down town, at that point your best option is to STFU and not say anything to dig your hole deeper.

Okay, I'm kidding of course but the reality is the LE "check" needs to happen before you enter the room.  Look for girls with established review and advertising history and stay the hell away from Back Page girls who appear to be "new" on the scene.  The reality is simple.  If you walk into a sting you are going to be arrested and are headed for a trip downtown.  The arrest may not stick but LE stings aren't designed to pump-up conviction rates.  The idea is just to scare us.

LE can't lie is you ask if they're a cop.  They can.  All undercover work would be worthless without it.
LE can't grope you or flash you.  They can.
You can't grope or flash LE.  You can.

As has been posted, you need to research providers reviews & ads.   Pretty much prevents LE stings.  Not totally guaranteed as a busted provider could be flipped or her phone answered for a short time.

In most jurisdictions advertising itself is not sufficient proof of solicitation...  though a few jurisdictions it is.  Need to know your local laws.  But in general, YOU know why you are there.  SHE knows why you are there.  There is No Reason to discuss Sex for Money including codes & abbreviations.  LE will get you to discuss these things...  or if you refuse to say the magic words, perhaps they'll hear you incorrectly.  In any rate if you end up in the same room with LE, extremely unlikely you are leaving without being arrested.  No One has ever talked their way out of a bust...  If they have enough, you will be arrested.  Many people sealed their case by talking to the Police without a lawyer present...  when the Police did not have enough...  and gave LE an irontight case.

Use online image searches...  often LE uses online pictures.  Be sure no F/M officer is posing!

One pervasive element of stings...
John stings...  unreviewed but offer below market rates so guys are falling over themselves to get in the door.
Provider stings...  offer higher than market rates to Providers...  often getting the least experienced & least wary providers.
If it seems to good to be true...  it is.  Either a scam or LE.

LE check is a myth, if you are in the room and LE is there, you are screwed and not in a nice way.  Like has been said, the best LE check is to do your research before making an appt with any provider.

that a cop must tell you the truth if you ask him if he's a cop.

Of course he doesn't have to tell the truth - cops lie all the time!  Just watch one episode of Law & Order.  lol.  And yet the myth persists.  Go figure.

As a client you should keep in mind that there are a few providers who believe in the LE check.  So you'll most likely have to go through the motions so you don't scare her off or "fail" the LE test.

I've had a provider via phone ask me to state "I am not a cop etc etc blah blah."  Asking if you're LE is pointless whether you are provider or client. If anything, LE might say in court that by asking if you're a cop, this implies that you intended to do something you know is illegal.

But, I went along with it.  If she already believes the LE check will somehow protect her, then you (a complete stranger) won't be able to persuade her otherwise.

My LE check is the research I do before I even pick up the phone.  As for the "show me yours, I'll show you mine" or the "you grab mine, I grab yours" I just consider it another fun part of the experience

"Five-0" cops can monger but state legislators are fighting that.

Maybe that's what McGarrett meant when he would say "Book 'em, Danno!"

If you are hauled out of the room in handcuffs, yeap LE.
So many times posts asking about LE checks.
They are all worthless.  Cops are allowed to lie, touch and in some places strip and even use services to verify prostitution is taking place.  Undercover officers do commit minor crimes to protect their cover.
