Good luck, sweetie! I've had lots of family members in the food service business in a variety of roles. It can be a lot of fun, but is almost always a lot of work, especially if you end up working in a restaurant kitchen. May it be all you hope it to be.
I got accepted to Culinary Arts School!!! I start Spring of 2015, and my reg got me my first KitchenAid...can't wait to learn the ins and outs of the culinary world, and I want to start my own catering company. Wish me luck!!
