I know of 2 ladies in the Cincinnati area that could lay claim to this "#1 courtesan".
this ad's implication that those ladies (and others not mentioned in here) aren't worth considering if people read that ad based on false claims.
in my opinion, ad headlines such as this are misleading and can lead to high unrealistic expectations.

Having a 10 average is NOT a requirement. In fact, there is only one single provider in the top 100 ratings nationwide with the 10. A single 9 review will drop her below the 10 and there will be no #1 under your failed logic.

... subjective in nature. reviewers love to embellish the sessions, lie about what really happened, make up shit so that the provider doesn't out them. I don't care if it's Tobi or Olivia from LA... it happens and us hobbyists have to take reviews with a grain of salt and do the proper homework if they want to meet that provider. I can make the claim that ALL of my reviews are factual with no bullshit. how would YOU be able to verify those reviews that I did? or vice versa? how do I verify YOUR reviews?
