It's turned into a catch 22. Most k-girl agencies in DC are connected, they take down their site when things get hot with LE activites, reincarnate with a different name, etc. K girl agencies here closed their service to new clients for the most part so unless you've used one of the local K girl agencies here before, they aren't going to even bother answering emails.
In your case it may be reference issues. Also, I haven't used HobbyshopLV but it probably has nothing to do with K girls in Santa Monica, different state different city and several hours drive away. Just cuz they are an asian agency does not mean they trust or even know each other. They may trust your indie references more, probably.
( DC area is some what different because they service the same city, rotate the girls, and mostly accept / trust each others references, being that they most are operated by the same group of traffickers, err, owners)
See a few well-reviewed indies and have 2 indie references. Agency references aren't as useful to some in terms of verification. Try to get verified with P411, datecheck.
And finally, provide all these reference information in all your initial emails to them

also get an LA phone and if you see an indie, make sure it's an Asian indie, most bookers don't take refs from white indies.

but BP is technically right. There is a large number of "K girls" that operate in So Cal that are known for modest prices and like most agencies make up for it with high volume. They have an almost rabid group of fans, but a rather large number of detractors as well.
One other thing about the K Girl scene, especially in Southern California, it is very, very difficult to pass their screening, but once you are "ok" with one, you are ok with them all. A lot of their detractors have never even seen a due to the difficulty in getting past screening.
