To get a TER Review you must

have an Internet Presence...  a web site or an ad that your reviewer can link to.   As a member you can run an ad 1/7 days on the closest local ad board.  Starting posts it a bit tricky as they can look like ads & will not be allowed though they are allowed if there is a legit topic & not linked to your profile (which gets set up by your first reviewer).
The universal suggestion for new hobbiests is to stick to well reviewed providers...  experienced hobbiests are more likely to TOFTT.  You may reply to any topic on any board...  Participating on your local board is a good way to get known.  Please know that you are, as all new members are, "Moderated".  That means your posts are reviewed by some TER staff before going live.  It can take minutes to hours.   Post anyway.  They will show up as long as you follow the rules.  This one did.
After a period of time & a history of posts which follow the rules, you can contact TER & ask to be un-Moderated.
I hope this helps.

I am not sure I understand how this works, I have built up a pretty good business and my client base has gone flat, they will all be happy to give me rave reviews, I am trying this to see how I can get my photo and additional business. Any suggestions, so confused.

Have you read the TER Newbie/Self Help Manual yet?

If not, you should as that will answer a lot of your questions about the hobby in general and TER specifically.  It is linked on this page.

If you are asking how to link a photo to TER posts, there is a thread below about that.

Read the self help center, it has all the info you need for posting ads and pictures.  For ads, you need either a personal website or an ad on an escort mall site so you can put the link in the ad.  The self help center tells you how to do all that stuff.

If you have questions, this is the place to ask.
