I am sure she is a very sweet girl but she is not going to mean jack to you as a reference to many if any other quality "TER" girls if she cannot communicate with them and they do not consider her to be a reliable reference. I am guessing here that she works for a agency? If so maybe the agency could be a reference.
I've seen this independent girl for 3 times now, and it's just incredible sex. I mean 1 hour non stop, ha! well to put it precisely about 45 to 50 minutes. Now I'm not here to brag even though I kind of did in a way. You see I only said that becasue you would think me being a recurring client at a very intimate level would have his say in getting her as a referral. Unfortunately that is not the case, her english is very limited in person, but so much that she wouldn't understand what "reference" means, right? So I like this girl but since I'm still considered a newbie with 2 reviews, 1 of hers and another from this kmp girl I'm having trouble setting up dates. Now I feel like I'm doing it all worng lol; or can it be that she just laughs when I say reference because she only wants me for her, ha! IDK.

It's been my experience with many Asian women who speak little English that they will have a "friend" who answers their email and helps in setting appointments for them. They also do the screening that many of these ladies are incapable of doing properly on their own.
You might try sending an email to this lady asking for a reference rather than asking her in person, you might be surprised by the response you get. OTOH if she does no screening in the first place, a reference from her won't be of any value to most women who do screen anyhow.
If she speak very little english how did she screen you? Depending on how many references the next girl you want to see require or some may do there own screening with little references. Or perhaps send the recent girl a email asking to give you reference when "X" provider request it, just give her a heads up so she can be prepared.

But, nevertheless, we all have our crosses to bear.
So, set out to see a provider with reviews and a website and all the things needed so she can send a reference. It's not that hard. Just write to some newbie friendly providers, be sincere, state your case, you'll be fine.
And don't sweat the bragging stuff; lots of people, myself included, do it here. It's safe to do so, and I like to recall times I had like yours too.
That will give you another reference. At worst - you had a threesome. Sounds like a no lose proposition to me....
She does know english, I speak with her all the time in english, she doesn't understand a lot though, just the basic. Which makes me believe, a she doesn't want to give references, or b she doesn't even know how to reference someone. Oh well, is there a section for the newbie friendly providers then?

...for newbie friendly providers there. If you aren't a member you may want to consider it. They will help with your reference problem. They will verify you so you won't need to do individual screening with every provider you contact or the screening will be light because of your P411 membership.
Do a search here for discussions of P411 (Preferred 411).
You can place an ISO post on your regional board looking for newbie friendly providers in your area. Note newbie friendly doesn't mean they don't screen it means they will see you without references. They will still need to check you out.
Then providers can refer to her whitelist here on TER as a reference & pm her to confirm. No english, or talking needed.
